With 20 years dedicated to mastering traditional Mexican recipes, Ivory combines her culinary expertise with formal training as a Food Service Sanitation Management professional, certified since 2015. Her background in business management, holding a BA degree earned in 2007, complements her skills in the kitchen, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Ivory's dedication to quality and tradition is reflected in every bite of Cocina 328’s handcrafted products.
